Comments: The sketch for the painted version of alone in the forest.
The character sitting all alone was influenced by Charles Blackman, whereas the art style for the trees was influenced by Van Gogh. So the end result was mixture of artworks.
This sketch was fun to do. I really enjoyed drawing countless number of trees for practice. I finally moved away from broccoli shaped trees.
